Shipping and returns policy

  • Product delivery up to 7 business days.
    • Self-pickup by prior arrangement from our offices in Rishon Lezion - Derech Maccabim 58 E-house complex.

Cancellation of a purchase transaction, returns and exchanges:
Cancellation of purchase and refund:

  • We really hope you like the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can only be returned if it has not been used/cleaned in the washing machine, and it is also returned in its original packaging (carrier - inside its carrying bag packed in a bag/closed box)

  • Order cancellation/return/exchange will be done via WhatsApp customer service

  • A full refund on the product will be given within 72 hours of receiving the order (and no later than 30 days after receiving the order) without refunding the shipping fees if any.
  • From 72 hours to 30 days the cancellation will involve a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No refund of shipping fees if any.
  • If the shipment has been delivered, the cancellation will involve the cost of shipping fees.
  • Returning the product due to transaction cancellation - NIS 35 per courier. (of course no refund will be given for a mission that has already been carried out)
  • A refund for a gift card on the website is possible up to 30 days from the moment of receiving the package and is not subject to cancellation fees and return shipping fees.
  • After we receive the item back to us, we will send you an email and a credit will be given to the payment method with which the purchase was made minus shipping fees
  • If the product is returned overdue/not according to our instructions, no refund will be made for it and it will be returned to the customer

Product replacement:

Product exchange is possible in two ways:

  • Through a courier to the home, at a cost of NIS 19.90 - the courier will come to the customer's home to give a new package and take the package returned to us.
  • Through independent arrival at no cost - to our offices in Rishon Lezion - Derech Maccabim 58 E-house complex by prior arrangement.

Exchange/return during sale:
 You can exchange/return items purchased in the sale up to 5 business days from the moment of receiving the package.
